the second wedding of the year...

Two fashion history weddings in one year, we have been spoilt.

Another Kate but a very different one, just as happy a wedding and just as big a fashion story!
On Friday 1st July Kate married her rocker beau Jamie Hince wearing a John Galliano
bias  cut gown with gold beading while he wore YSL by Stefano Pilati double breasted suit
with the obligatory skinny trousers. Rock'n'Roll heaven, after the ceremony they posed for
the paparazzi outside the church looking like the happiest people in the world.

Her dress itself was beautiful and so very Kate, simple and flattering with a vintage feel
it was true to her style and with the veil (Lily Allen take note this is how a veil should be worn
not an earmuff in sight) trailing behind. Hair and make up was simple and understated.
The bridesmaids dresses, there were ALOT, were cute and the floral garlands
the perfect touch.

I really cant fault it, and can only hope she inspires lots of people to have equally simple
yet stunning weddings, as much as I loved the royal wedding it was a military operation
with everything planned to the last detail this in comparison felt organic and relaxed.
Although both couples could not have looked any happier and thats the key.

After all the scandals, the boyfriends and the cult fashion following its lovely to see
Miss Moss/Mrs Hince settle down and tie the knot.
